School-Based BCBA – Yelm, WA

Join our team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Yelm, Washington! This is a full-time role that allows you to make a lasting impact on students in an elementary school setting, with some opportunities to support secondary levels. Start ASAP through June 13, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments and intervention planning.
• Supervise and support RBT/BSA staff to maintain certification.
• Work primarily with elementary school students, with possible support for secondary students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create positive behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications:

• WA ESA Certificate and WA BCBA License required.
• Experience with elementary students and knowledge of behavioral analysis techniques.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary (with possible secondary support).
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 7.5–8 hours per day.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
• On-Site only.
