Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and other team discussions
• Support and mentor SLPAs and CFs, if applicable

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs)
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
