Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Onsite – California
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in California. This full-time, onsite position will support students across the district, focusing primarily on elementary school settings.
Position Details
- Location: California (Itinerant across the district, primarily elementary schools)
- Start/End Dates: December 3, 2024 – June 13, 2025
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
- Caseload: Approximately 43 students
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, staff, and families.
- Collaborate with school personnel to implement evidence-based practices.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Active BCBA credential through BACB
OR - Valid California Education Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology with Autism Authorization.
- Active BCBA credential through BACB
- Prior school-based experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
