We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role involves working closely with students to provide behavior support and intervention in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children succeed and thrive by implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position Details:

• Location: Vancouver, WA
• Schedule: Full-time, school-based hours
• Setting: Onsite
• Requirements:
• Must have an active RBT certification
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school or clinical setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their behavioral goals
• Collect and record data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure student success
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavior management strategies
