Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We’re hiring for two full-time positions in Brookline, MA, supporting students in Elementary and Middle School settings.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: February 2024 (with potential for extension)
• Schedule: Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Location: Onsite in Brookline, MA
• Caseload: Supporting students with diverse disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement tailored support plans to meet students’ needs.
• Use strong ABA skills to encourage positive behavioral changes.
• Collaborate with school staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt and modify strategies to address individual goals.

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification/license.
• Experience working with a variety of disabilities.
• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
