We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This full-time, onsite-only position offers the opportunity to support students across multiple school sites, helping them develop essential skills for success.

Position Details:

• Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Start Date: ESY – July 2025
• End Date: June 2026
• Renewal: Successful completion of ESY will lead to renewal for the 2025-2026 school year
• Caseload: Minimum of 40 students
• Setting: Multiple school sites, onsite only

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed
