We are seeking a compassionate School Social Worker to support middle and high school students in Ann Arbor, MI. This role involves working closely with students, families, and school staff to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services. You will help develop and implement intervention strategies to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically and personally.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP – June 6, 2025
• Hours: Full-time (Part-time candidates will be considered)
• Caseload: Middle and high school students
• Setting: Onsite, school-based
• Requirements: Must have 310 certification and be licensed as a School Social Worker in Michigan

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and identify students' needs, connecting them with appropriate resources
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Advocate for students to help them overcome challenges that impact their education
