We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about making a difference in students lives and helping them reach their full potential, this full-time opportunity is perfect for you!

Position Overview:

• Location: Roxbury, MA
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Caseload: Diverse student population (details to be provided during the interview)
• Duration: 2024-2025 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, including assessments, treatment plans, and individualized interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure student success.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students’ unique needs.
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional daily living skills.

Qualifications:

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for licensure).
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
