About the Role
We are looking for a passionate School Psychologist to join our team in Springfield, MA. This position focuses on conducting evaluations and collaborating with educators, families, and staff to support student development. While the primary role is onsite, there may be opportunities for virtual/remote work depending on district needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' academic, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide student success plans
- Deliver counseling or support services to individuals or small groups as necessary
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Active School Psychologist certification/license in Massachusetts
- Experience conducting K-12 evaluations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with virtual/remote work practices is a plus (if applying for remote opportunities)
