Job Opportunity: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Kansas City, KS

We are looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Kansas City, KS! This full-time role provides the opportunity to support K-12th grade students across multiple schools, all within close proximity, in a well-supported district environment.

Position Details:

Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 27, 2025
Caseload: K-12th grade students across multiple school sites
Strong district support

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct intervention and behavioral support to students
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior strategies
Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Must hold an active BCBA certification and license in Kansas
Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites

Additional Requirements:

Fingerprint clearance
Current TB Test
Physical examination
