Exciting Opportunity: School-Based SLP in Wilmington, Delaware!

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school setting? We have two full-time positions available in Wilmington, DE, offering a chance to collaborate with a dynamic team. CFYs are welcome to apply! Join us and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
  • Position 1: 4 days at middle school, 1 day at elementary school.
  • Position 2: Maternity leave coverage for preschool.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP licensure/certification in Delaware.
  • CFYs are welcome to apply (no SLPAs at this time, as Delaware does not offer licensure for them).
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Position Details:

  • Classroom: Middle, elementary, and preschool settings.
  • Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

Contract Duration: ASAP – June 11, 2025 (both positions can continue through summer school).
