School-Based Speech Language Pathologist – Concord, NC

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in Concord, North Carolina. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work with elementary students in a supportive and engaging school environment. Make an impact on student communication skills and help them thrive academically!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with speech and language impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP licensure/certification required
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred

Position Details:

• Location: Concord, NC
• Grades: Elementary
• Caseload: 40 students
• Start/End Date: ASAP – May 28, 2025
• Hours per Week: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time)
• Locations: 1, possibly 2 schools
• Software/Systems Used: ECATS
• Onsite Only
