Are you an SLP (CF or CCC) looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? We're hiring for two school-based SLP positions in Benton, Louisiana—one at the elementary level and one at the middle school level. This is a great chance to join a supportive team and work with students across a variety of speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs (articulation, speech, language, autism, etc.).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and therapy documentation.
• Work in a structured school environment with dedicated therapy space.

Position Details:

• Caseload:
  • Spot 1 (Elementary School): 35 students (articulation, basic language, speech, autism)
  • Spot 2 (Middle School): Mixed caseload
• Hours per Week: 32 hours
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:20 PM
• Laptops provided
• Dedicated therapy office/space

Qualifications:

• Required: Valid Louisiana SLP license (CFs and CCCs are both welcome to apply).
• Experience in a school setting is a plus.
