We have multiple full-time openings for Special Education Teachers at two campuses in Chicago, IL (60609 & 60637). In these roles, you’ll work with students in grades K-8, providing push-in and pull-out support. Focus on foundational skills in reading and math, and help students succeed in the classroom. Responsibilities:
- Provide push-in and pull-out support for students in reading (fluency and comprehension) and math.
- Work with students with disabilities such as SLD and DD, focusing on academic and behavioral development.
- Develop and implement IEPs and track student progress.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) and LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) endorsement (required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (required).
- Experience working with students with disabilities, particularly SLD and DD (preferred).
Position Details:
- Classroom:
- Campus 1: K-4th grade (Chicago, IL 60609)
- Campus 2: 5th-8th grade (Chicago, IL 60637)
- Hours per Week: Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
- Weekly Pay: Competitive rates based on experience.

Contract Duration:
