Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support to students dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create individualized plans for student success
• Offer crisis intervention and conflict resolution services
• Facilitate small group counseling sessions
• Promote a positive school climate and mental health awareness

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts School Adjustment Counselor License required
• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required

Position Details:

• Classroom: School-based environment
• Hours per Week: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience
