Multiple School-Based RBT Positions – Red Lion, Pennsylvania

We're hiring 4 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dynamic school team in Red Lion, Pennsylvania! If you're passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs, we have multiple full-time opportunities across K-6th grades. This role offers a chance to make a real impact on students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavior therapy to students K-6th grade.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and monitor student progress.
• Work in various elementary schools across the district (district-wide floating).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support behavior management strategies.
• Must secure outside supervision, as district supervision is limited.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience: School-based experience required; clinical experience will not be accepted.
• Supervision: Outside supervision is required, as district supervision is minimal.
• Previous experience working with K-6th grade students is preferred.

Position Details:

• Classroom: District-wide floating between 6 elementary schools (K-6th grades).
• Hours per Week: 35 hours per week (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: ASAP through May 2025, with a possibility to extend into the 2025-2026 school year.
