We are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania! Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral needs.
• Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school team to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a school or behavioral setting is a plus.

Position Details

• Classroom: School-based, working directly with students.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time (40 hours per week) or Part-Time available.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
