Job Title: School-Based RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
Location: Billerica, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Support students with behavioral and social challenges
• Collect and analyze data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification in Massachusetts required
• Experience working with children preferred

Position Details:

• Classroom: Elementary School
• Hours per Week: 35 hours
• Start Dates:
  • 1 RBT: ASAP – June 2025
  • 1 RBT: October – December 2024
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary

Contract Duration:

• Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
