Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher with implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide individual or small group support for students with varying learning needs
• Help students with behavioral and academic tasks as needed
• Monitor and track student progress
• Maintain a safe and structured classroom environment
• Support students during transitions and assist with daily tasks

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with a variety of needs
• Hours per Week: Full-Time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, school hours
• Location: On-site at multiple Vancouver, WA schools

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Preferred:
  • Experience with students who have disabilities, behavioral needs, or other special requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
