Multiple Full-Time Paraprofessional Positions – Dover, New Hampshire

We’re looking for dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team in Dover, New Hampshire! Multiple positions are available to support high school students with mixed behaviors in both 1:1 and classroom settings. If you’re passionate about education, enjoy working with students, and meet the necessary requirements, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist students with academic tasks and daily activities.
Provide 1:1 support for students with diverse behavioral needs.
Help implement behavior management strategies.
Support students in both classroom and individual settings.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support IEP goals and student progress.

Qualifications:

Must have one of the following:
High School Diploma, Para I Certification, College Transcripts, College Diploma, or Para II Certification.

3 references on hand for interview.

Must be comfortable working with students who have mixed behavioral needs.

School-based experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a high school environment.

Position Details:

Classroom: High School, Mixed Behaviors (1:1 and classroom)
Hours per Week: 32.5 hours
Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
Contract Duration: ASAP – June 13, 2025
Interview Process: Conducted via Zoom for convenience.
