End Date: 06/06/2025
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (M-F, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Openings: 20 positions across Elementary, Middle, and High Schools
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School students

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities, lessons, and behavior management
• Support students in achieving educational goals
• Help implement IEPs and manage classroom behavior
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified under one of the following criteria:
• Pass MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam
• Have at least 60 college credits (transcripts required)
• Ability to work with students across all grade levels
• Must be ready to become a direct hire with Anoka-Hennepin after 90 days

Position Details:

• Classroom: Various positions across Elementary, Middle, and High Schools
• Hours per Week: 32.5 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
• Contract Duration: 02/24/2025 to 06/06/2025, with an option to extend.
