We are seeking experienced LPNs to join a dedicated team providing healthcare support for students in Angola, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students while working in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily medication and health management for students with medical needs
  • Administer emergency seizure medication for students with seizure disorders
  • Support students with chronic health conditions (e.g., daily medications)
  • Offer additional coverage across multiple schools (Middle School, Elementary, and High School)
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure students' health and safety
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Position Details:

  • Caseload:
    • Middle School: 4 students with daily medication, 7 students with emergency seizure medication
    • Elementary School: 1 student with daily medication, 2 students with emergency seizure medication
    • High School: No daily medication or skilled nursing
  • Hours per Week: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) or Part-Time depending on fit
  • Middle School Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Elementary School Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
  • Contract Duration: ASAP Start through June 20, 2025

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Valid LPN license for the state of New York
    • Experience working in school health settings or with pediatric patients preferred
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a healthcare team
