Introduction:
Are you a bilingual individual passionate about supporting early learners? We’re hiring two EL Staff Paras in Lafayette, AL, to assist K-2 students with English language development. This full-time, onsite role offers a chance to make a significant impact with comprehensive benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist K-2 students in developing English language skills.
• Work with a caseload of 50 students weekly, in collaboration with another staff member.
• Provide classroom support and individualized attention to students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
