Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive educational environment.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students' social and emotional development.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Active School Social Worker License in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience working in a K-12 school setting is required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for this bilingual position.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 setting.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K.
• Contract Duration: 10/04/24 - 6/22/25 with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
