We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Male Paraprofessional to provide one-on-one assistance to an elementary student in a wheelchair. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for an elementary student in a wheelchair.
• Assist with mobility, including toileting needs (student weighs around 40 lbs).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Support the student’s physical, emotional, and academic needs throughout the school day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be a Male Paraprofessional to meet specific student needs.
• Previous experience in a school setting or with children in need of physical assistance is a plus.
• Ability to help with physical tasks, including lifting and providing toileting support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on student care and support.

• Classroom Setting: 1:1 support for an elementary student in a wheelchair.
• Work Hours: 8:35 AM - 3:30 PM (6.5 hours/day, excluding lunch).
