Job Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: Round Rock, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time, School-Based

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
• Provide direct instruction and adapt curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of IEP creation and implementation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
