Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Baker, LA. This role involves providing speech and language services to PreK-5th grade students with a range of disabilities, from mild to severe. The school operates four days a week, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy to a caseload of 22-26 students, addressing a mix of disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Document and track student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
• Active SLP license in Louisiana.
• Experience working with elementary school students preferred.
