Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to implement strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed.
• Train staff on effective behavior management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Valid licensure in North Carolina.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Onsite, K-12 caseload
• Hours per Week: Full-time, 37.5 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive rates based on experience
