School Counselor - Leave Coverage (Spring Semester)
Location: Prairie Grove CSD 46, Crystal Lake, IL
Start Date: January 6th (Tentative) | End Date: May 30th (Tentative)

Are you an experienced counselor ready to step in and make a positive impact this Spring? We are seeking a dedicated School Counselor to cover a leave for the Spring Semester at Prairie Grove CSD 46 in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This position offers the chance to work 3-5 days per week and onsite while providing crucial support to students during the Spring term.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to students to support academic, social, and emotional development.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure student success and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all counseling activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field required.
• Active Illinois School Counselor license required.
• Previous school counseling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite for the duration of the contract.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Work with K-8 students in a supportive school environment.
• Hours per Week: 3-5 days per week (based on availability).
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

• Contract Duration: January 6th - May 30th, with potential for extension.
