Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our school team in Aurora, IL, working with K-2 students. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to help students succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and student engagement.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Details:

• Caseload: K-2
• Hours per Week: Full-time (37.5 hours)
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
