Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior-focused lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Utilize structured classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to design and implement system-oriented support plans.
• Monitor and document student progress, ensuring academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education license/certification in the state of Oregon (required).
• Experience working with students with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Strong background in behavioral interventions and structured classroom management.

• Caseload: Middle school students with behavioral and emotional support needs
• Location: Oregon City, OR
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Onsite position

Contract Duration:

• Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
