Responsibilities:

• Provide push-in and pull-out support for approximately 16 students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana teaching credential in Special Education (required).
• Strong understanding of special education regulations and individualized instruction.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Position Details:

• Caseload: Approximately 16 students
• Hours: 37.5 per week
• Location: Onsite in Gary, IN

Contract Duration:

• Current school year with potential to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year
