Position Overview:

• Job Title: School Psychologist
• Location: Marion, SC
• Type: Onsite
• Grade Levels: Serving students across K-12
• Weekly Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Contract Period: Covers the current school year, with the possibility of summer school and renewal for the 2024-2025 school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and support individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Provide consultations and strategies to educators and families
• Offer crisis counseling and behavioral interventions when necessary
• Contribute to intervention plans and attend student-focused meetings
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation

Requirements:

• Current South Carolina School Psychologist License (required)
• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Experience working in educational settings is preferred
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
