We are looking for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Lake Tapps, WA! If you’re passionate about supporting students and working alongside a dynamic team, this is the role for you. Work across both elementary and middle schools and assist with essential SLPA duties. Responsibilities:
- Assist students with speech and language goals in both elementary and middle school settings
- Perform general SLPA duties, including direct therapy sessions
- Assist the psych team with protocols and paperwork once a week
- Work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, school staff, and other professionals
Qualifications:
- Washington State SLPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus
Position Details:
- Classroom: Elementary and Middle School
- Hours per Week: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours per day, 5 days a week)
- Weekly Pay: Competitive and based on experience
