Are you a passionate BCBA ready to make a difference in students' lives? We're seeking two dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to provide impactful support and develop effective behavior intervention plans for students in a nurturing environment!

Position Details:

• Location: Bennington, VT
• Hours per Week: 35 - 40
• Caseload:
  • 1 BCBA for Elementary (8 students)
  • 1 BCBA for Middle/High School (8 students)
• Contract Duration: Current school year 2024-2025

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators and parents to implement strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide direct support and training to staff and families

Qualifications:

• License: Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience: Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
