Are you passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and succeed academically? We're looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work with K-12 students in Surprise, AZ for the 2024-2025 school year. What We Offer:

Full-time position working 7 hours per day (7.5 on-site including a 30-minute duty-free unpaid lunch).

Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
Assist in implementing treatment plans designed to address students’ speech and language goals.
Collect data and track students’ progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success.
Participate in team meetings to discuss and review student progress.

Qualifications:

Must have an active Arizona SLPA License.
Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a school setting or with K-12 students is highly desirable.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.

Position Details:

Hours per Week: Full-time (0.875 FTE)
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.

Contract Duration: Current school year (2024-2025)
