We're looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work with K-12 students in Surprise, AZ for the 2024-2025 school year. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans designed to address students’ speech and language goals.
  • Collect data and track students’ progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss and review student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active Arizona SLPA License.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with K-12 students is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.

Position Details:

  • Hours per Week: Full-time (0.875 FTE)
  • Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.

Contract Duration: Current school year (2024-2025)
