Responsibilities

• Provide tailored instruction and support for high school students in an alternative school setting
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the school team
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment to foster growth
• Monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Special Education teaching license required
• Background in working with at-risk youth preferred
• Strong ability to manage diverse needs in a classroom setting

Position Details

• Location: Onsite at the Community School in Forest Lake, MN
• Hours: Full-time, approximately 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Caseload: Supporting high school students with a range of disabilities
