Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and manage small group instruction.
• Provide individualized support to students, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
• Foster a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies as needed.
• Supervise students during activities and transitions, encouraging positive behavior.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant training are a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12
• Hours per Week: Full-time, with school hours from 8:15 am - 3:35 pm or 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
