Do you have a passion for supporting students with unique needs? We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 2024-2025 school year in Jim Thorpe, PA! This is your chance to work closely with students in a dynamic educational setting, making a positive impact every day.

What We Offer:

Full-time, onsite position with flexible school hours.
Work 1:1 with students to provide tailored behavioral support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and document data on student progress.
Support students in developing social, communication, and life skills.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote a positive learning environment.
Provide consistent feedback and encouragement to students.

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.

Position Details:

Classroom: K-12
Hours per Week: Full-time, with school hours from 8:15 am - 3:35 pm or 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
