Join Our Team as a RBT/Paraprofessional in Caldwell, ID!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? We’re hiring a dedicated RBT/Paraprofessional for a full-time role in Caldwell, ID. This position involves working one-on-one with students, providing essential support and building a positive, impactful learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to students with special needs, following individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in managing student behavior and reinforcing positive learning strategies.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Document and report student progress regularly.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working with children or students in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and staff.

Position Details:

• Caseload: 1:1 support
• Hours per Week: Full-time
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
