We’re hiring a 1:1 ABA Paraprofessional (or Registered Behavior Therapist) to provide dedicated support to an early childhood student in Kansas City, MO. This role is perfect for someone passionate about behavioral support and helping young students thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support for an early childhood student.
• Assist with individualized learning and development plans.
• Collaborate with educators to support the student’s needs and growth.

Qualifications:

• Required: Substitute certification or Paraprofessional certification.
• Must complete district fingerprinting process.
• Experience with ABA or early childhood education preferred.

Position Details:

• Location: Kansas City, MO
• Hours: Part-Time, 11:45 AM - 3:45 PM
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
