Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and student engagement.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a school setting or with young children is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Position Details:

• Caseload: K-2 students.
• Hours per Week: Full-time, 37.5 hours.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
