Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Roxboro, NC

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Roxboro, NC. This full-time position is for the current school year and involves working with a diverse group of students from kindergarten through 12th grade. You’ll play a key role in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, helping students achieve their goals in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of student progress.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license (required).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Prior school-based experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
