We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Adjustment Counselor to join our team for the second semester in East Walpole, MA.

Location: East Walpole, MA
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Caseload: 10 students
Term: Second semester (January 2025 start)

Duties:

Offer individual and group counseling to support students’ social and emotional development.
Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to address students’ specific needs.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and report on student progress.

Qualifications:

Must hold a Massachusetts DESE license as a Social Worker or School Adjustment Counselor.
Experience working with school-aged children in a counseling role.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping students thrive.
