We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Learning Support Teacher to join our team in Chester, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, onsite position where you’ll work with elementary students in a dynamic, supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans aligned with state and district standards.
• Drive instruction through formative assessments and differentiation.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to create and implement effective strategies for student success.
• Complete all required PA clearances and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active SPED Certification/Licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree required to receive emergency teaching permit.
• Previous school-based experience is a must.
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills required.
• Experience working in an urban setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a district and location-specific setting.

Position Details:

• Classroom: Onsite, working with elementary students.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
