• Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs to support each student’s academic and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to foster student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to instruction.
• Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education License in New Jersey required.
• Previous school-based experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-12 students with varying learning needs.
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
• Weekly Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

• Contract Duration: Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
