School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Sugar Land, TX
Part-Time, In-Person – 2 Days a Week

We’re seeking a passionate and qualified SLPA to join a supportive high school team in Sugar Land, TX! This part-time, in-person position will allow you to make a meaningful impact in a specialized classroom setting, working with students who have various disabilities and language delays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in therapy sessions for high school students with diverse needs, including language delays and disabilities.
• Support the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans and modifying materials as needed.
• Provide one-on-one or small group sessions to reinforce therapy goals.
• Help with documentation and tracking student progress toward IEP goals.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Active SLPA License in Texas (non-negotiable)
• Prior experience working with high school students and students with language delays or other disabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

• Classroom: High school, specialized classroom setting
• Hours per Week: Part-Time (2 days a week)
• Schedule: Flexible days, to be determined with the school
• Location: In-person in Sugar Land, TX

Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
