Caseload: K-5th Grade (including ASD program and other special education students with speech needs)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Building: 1

We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in White Bear Lake, MN. This full-time position starts January 10, 2025, and runs through April 14, 2025. In this role, you'll work with students in K-5th grade, providing speech therapy to students in an ASD program as well as those with general speech and language needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy to students in grades K-5, including those in an ASD program
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for speech and language needs
• Assess students' progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech goals into the classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Minnesota SLP License
• Experience with K-5 students, including those in special education or ASD programs (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Details:

• Classroom: K-5th grade, 1 ASD program, and other special education students
• Hours per Week: Full-Time, 37.5 hours
• Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

• Contract Duration: January 10, 2025 – April 14, 2025, with the potential to extend for the 2024-2025 school year
