Are you a passionate BCBA looking to make an impact in a school setting? We're looking for a full-time BCBA to work with students in Randolph, Massachusetts. Bring your expertise to a supportive environment where you can truly make a difference!

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral analysis and support to students in need.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create effective strategies and monitor student progress.
Provide supervision and support to RBTs as needed.
Collect and analyze data to track student behavior and progress.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts BCBA certification or licensure required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details:

Classroom: Onsite only, working directly with students and staff.
Hours per Week: Full-Time.
Weekly Pay: Competitive, based on experience and licensure.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
