Position Overview:
We are seeking two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Tacoma, WA. These positions are available for on-site or virtual settings, offering flexibility while supporting students’ communication and language development.

Caseloads:

1. Midland Elementary School: Caseload of 40-45 students.
2. Early Learning Center: Caseload of 40-45 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services.
• Prepare thorough and timely documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support student growth.

Requirements:

• Current WA SLP licensure.
• Fingerprint clearance through OSPI.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
